Fitting Instructions:

1. Pull the strap with both hands and put on the goggles firmly from the back of your head by holding the frame.
2. Hold the left and right sides firmly and slowly replace them over the eyes. Insert one finger between the strap and your head.
3. Move it once around your head to check that the strap is not twisted.
